A Drip Chicken Passing In Front of The Moon

5/10/20

This photo was taken on March 3, 2020 at 4:35 AM.

The location was in the covered drive in front of a large convention hotel in Washington DC, which has an elegant Crystal Chandeliered Lobby.

The "Take It!" came very early in my day but was an easy call.

I showed this to numerous of my along the way judging committee and almost all were able to quickly see the likeness to the title for the photo. I had given them the title in advance - which helped eliminate any guess work. All seemed to like the simplicity of it and to not have to engage in any imagination stretching - lol.

I must confess - I am engaging in some guilty pleasure in being able to do a lot of catching up while staying at home until this virus siege passes (which hopefully will be soon - but not rushed).

I am in hopes each of you are weathering out this storm with as little discomfort as possible.

My best wishes to you all,

Bruce

What I immediately saw was that scene from E.T. where they ride the bicycle in front of the moon.

Roosters crow at the sunrise seems only fitting chickens would take the moon
