Ducks in a Row

This photo was taken on June 4, 2022 at 11:34 AM.

The location was in the City Center section of Washington DC.

The "Take It!" came as I had stopped in my car at a traffic signal and while waiting looked to my left and saw this wonderful bicycle rack - work of art.

I am a big fan of art work out in the public for everyone's enjoyment. I am especially fond of art that has a very practical purpose - and this set of Ducks certainly qualifies.

Here is hoping - where you live - there is art work out in the public areas for all to enjoy.

Wishing everyone my best,

I thought they were benches at first, but bike racks...that's interesting.

My daughter thinks this is the best thing ever. She said our town is "lame" since it doesn't have animal designs.

Are they just random duck bicycle racks, or do they match some theme that isn't in the picture? Is there a bathtub mural on the wall next to them?

Very imaginative. Actually after seeing your imagination through the years it seems like it could be the design youd come up with if your city asked you to design them some bike stands.

Those would make for perfect dock cleats.
