Spring Cherry Blossom Show

The location was in Beltsville, Maryland - not far from my home.
The "Take It!" came after having made several series of other Spring like photos - showing the turning of the season via photos of other plants moving toward being in blossom. Although some were interesting - none seemed to be as profoundly representative as is found with the Cherry Blossoms.
Fortunately - there seem to be Cherry Trees everywhere in this area - which gave me the chance to visit with some trees near my home.
It took about an hour to find the right the right tree in the right setting - and take our photo.

Oh its been so long since I've seen one of these in person. We used to see them when our school would take a DC trip around the time they blossomed, but we haven't gone in a couple years.

There's a particular bird that only nests in these trees, I cant remember what its called, but it makes the coolest nests out of the flowers.

I went through your area about 20 years ago during the Spring Blossom. It was such a beautiful area.
