Quick - Jack o' Lantern

11/07/22

These photos were taken on Oct 30, 2022 at 2:07 PM.

The location was at my home in Beltsville, MD.

The "Take It!" came about as I realized I needed an outside decoration to attract Trick or Treater's.

A visit to my trash brought about the repurposing of an item that was in the recycle bin that I hope will do the job.

The led light came from Harbor Freight and was inexpensive.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Halloween.

All my best,

Bruce

My daughter LOVED this idea and asked me to buy these tubs next time I go to the store.

This is adorable, the kindergarten and 1st grade teachers at my school would love this idea.

We did something very similar with a big Home Depot bucket.

Can this be done with normal Tide detergent containers

Thank you to everyone for your great comments. The photo/story was an easy way to pop in a subject that was close to the Holiday. I am very glad - some think they will duplicate the proposal for future years for themselves. The standard Tide Pods containers work very well. I am going to take this basic concept and add some more detailing to it - to make it more stand out.
Am hoping everyone is setting up for a safe and joyful Thanksgiving.
Wishing everyone my very best. Bruce
