This set of photos was taken on July 8, 2013 at 8:30 am.
The location is in the lobby of a small but very nice hotel in Arlington, Virginia.
The "Take it!" came from looking at the illumination footprint many times and thinking that it was maybe the strangest candidate for eyelusions that I have had to date. The probability of
anyone guessing this is so remote that I hesitated to even take it. But then, I figured that I might as well share the impossible with everyone on the off chance that someone might just get
It is the final end of a chandelier that reaches down from a floor above and is mounted on the ceiling on that floor and flows down the center of a staircase to give it some flair. I think
they have accomplished the goal and in the doing have given us some amusement.
The After Take: No one, no one that I showed the initial photo to was able to guess what it is. Even with showing the additional photos - some were left a little bewildered - lol.
Here is hoping you found this to be as different as I have. No - I would not choose this for my house if I had such a staircase.

The craftsmanship is excellent, not a fan of its color though. The floor shot looks great though.
